The hallways reeked of smoke!!! Old, outdated furnishings with stains were displeasing, and reliable WiFi is a must nowadays!!! Poor cleaning in the common areas like the bathroom and sticky floors need attention!!! Could use some soundproofing!!!

The location can't be beaten—just a short walk to the stunning Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The balcony view from my Deluxe Double Room was a pleasant surprise, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The staff were impressive. they assisted with my reservation adjustments without hassle and were quick to respond to requests. The room itself was spacious, although the seating area could use some updating. Housekeeping did an excellent job. my room was always impeccable. However, I did notice some issues with cleanliness in common areas, especially the breakfast room. The assortment of food during breakfast was great, with hearty options to kickstart the day. There was a musty smell, likely due to poor ventilation. With some more attention to cleanliness and room updates, this place could be excellent. No issues during check-in or check-out, and I enjoyed the added bonus of a welcome drink.

I loved lounging by the rooftop pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace during my stay. The Deluxe Double Room was super spacious and had such a huge balcony that I spent the evenings enjoying the view. The location was fantastic, just 200 meters from the beach. Breakfast options included fresh fruits and rich coffee. The rooftop pool area provided stunning views for relaxation. On another note, the staff were incredibly responsive to my inquiries, which made my stay more enjoyable.

The air conditioning in my room was somewhat unpredictable at times, which slightly affected my comfort.

Just a proper fit for a whistle-stop in Rio de Janeiro with great value for the money. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and healthy options that made my mornings enjoyable. Bring swimming gear for the rooftop pool when you visit.

Had issues with cleanliness, specifically with the air conditioning as it had some dust that made it hard for me to sleep. I had to ask for towels after cleaning, which was a bit inconvenient.
